Re-design the Robert Dyas website to better reflect the values of the brand, improve the user journey and content presentation, and deliver increased sales conversion.

 

Results & Impact

The redesigned website has created a visually stimulating experience that delivers a warmer lifestyle look & feel with well-ordered content.

 

Signposting of content (products, categories and special offers) and promotion of seasonal/special offers has been improved through clear navigation, interactive carousels and attractive photography.

 

To improve average weight of basket, cross-promotion of products has been introduced which recommends related products to users based on their previous onsite purchase and/or viewing behaviour.

 

To accelerate site performance, WSM Digital also planned and implemented an on-going SEO strategy to optimise the site’s organic search rankings for all of its key products and ranges across the year.

 

Online Sales for Robertdyas.co.uk are up 70% year on year.
